Wind Farm

We took advantage of the fine weather over the weekend to explore the Makara wind farm near Wellington.

Finally a big thank you to the people who bought my prints at the exhibition a couple of weeks ago that I mentioned in my last post. I sold ‘le Tour’ , ‘Woven study’ and an unframed print!

Yay I have my camera back from number 1 Daughter who finally has her own! So sorry for the long absence. Here are some pics of my exhibits in an exhibition – ‘Anything Goes’ on at the Hutt Art Centre this week :

February Creations

Inspired by this I have started a new crochet project :

A friend from the Hutt Art Society has kindly loaned me an Inkle Loom  to see if I like weaving on it. It is quite small and portable and used to make bands and straps.

And I have made some paper bead necklaces ( still experimenting with the design though ).
